Bravas Fries
the ingredients :

How to prepare :
Prepare the oven at a temperature of 200 ° C.
Cut the potatoes into slices.
Put three tablespoons of olive oil in the oven tray, put the tray in the hot oven, and leave it for five minutes until the oil is heated.
Take the tray out of the oven, stir the potatoes in the hot oil, then return the tray to the oven, and leave it for 45 minutes until the potatoes become crunchy and golden in color.
Put the tomatoes, and two tablespoons of olive oil, sugar, salt, and smoked paprika in a saucepan, put the pot over medium heat until the ingredients boil, then reduce the heat, and leave the ingredients on low heat for a period of three hours before removing the pot from the fire and adding vinegar.

Two cups of basmati rice.
Three cups of water or broth.
Half a kilogram of seafood.
A quarter kilogram of calamari, cut into rings
Half a kilogram of fish fillet.
Half a kilogram of large shrimp.

How to prepare:
Put the rice in a deep dish, wash it several times, and then soak it in warm water for about a quarter of an hour.
Put the oil in the pan of the paella, and put the pan on medium heat to heat the oil.
